Delivery

Where is my order?

Go to 'My Orders' to check the current status of your order.

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, please be safe in the knowledge that we are currently processing and printing your order and will post it as soon as it is ready.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with an estimated delivery date. Please note that this is an estimate and that your order may arrive before / on / slightly after this date.

If your estimated delivery date has already passed, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. This is especially important during busy times of the year where unexpected delays are possible, unfortunately.

If your order still hasn't arrived SEVEN working days after the estimated delivery date, please let us know and we'll do our very best to help.

What are my delivery options?

We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 working days) - FREE

Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £1.00 (FREE on orders £20+)

Royal Mail Tracked (1-2 working days) - £3.00 (FREE on orders £30+)

Can I track my order?

Simply go to 'My Orders' in your account, select the order you'd like to track, and use the tracking number/link provided.

Please note that tracking is only available if you chose and added a Tracked Delivery service during the checkout process.

What countries do you deliver to?

At the moment, we are a UK-based business and as such only delivery to UK addresses as standard.

However, we are constantly looking at ways to evolve the business, which includes providing options for international delivery in the future.

On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to deliver some items to other countries - please get in touch with us with your Postal/Zip Code and the items you are looking to purchase so that we can send over any delivery options that may be available to you.

I've made an order for several items - will they come in the same parcel?

We will always pack your items in the smallest possible number of parcels and for the vast majority of orders, this is indeed ONE parcel.

On rare occasions, there may be a need to pack your items into multiple parcels - this is normally when an order has items of various sizes. Should we need to do this, we will always let you know upon dispatch and provide information for all parcels when necessary.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the items we are selling (custom-made and print-on-demand), we can only accept returns for an item that has been delivered to you damaged/faulty.

On the rare occasion this happens, please refer to our Returns Policy and get in touch with us - we will help in any way we can.

Order Issues

I've received an incorrect item

Apologies for sending out the wrong item! This is a rare occurance but we are only human after all, so are of course more than happy to help sort this out for you.

Before we send out another item, please do check that the item on your order confirmation is different to what you received - mistakes can occasionally be made, especially with many items being made available in various designs and sizes.

If the item you've received is indeed incorrect, please get in touch so that we can help to arrange the next steps.
