How to return an item
We understand that situations may change, which is why once you've received your order, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new and re-sellable condition.
If your return enquiry is accepted, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us, which must be within 14 days of us accepting your return enquiry. We always recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure a prompt and safe return, as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost if they have been sent back to us via standard non-tracked delivery.
Excluded Items
We often sell various items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned. These can include:
- personalised products
- custom and special items
- perishable goods
- personal care products

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If you've received an order that isn't quite what you expected, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to allow us the best chance to put things right.
In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will likely require a description and photos of the item before continuing with any exchange or replacement, so please provide this as soon as you can.
For missing items, please allow a few days for us to process and investigate your enquiry and get back to you with suitable options.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you would like to exchange an item, it must first be eligible for a return so please get in touch to ensure we can go ahead with an exchange.
To do this, you first need to make a return enquiry, which is outlined at the top of this page, then purchase your new item(s) separately. This process allows us to approve the return, while it also accounts for any difference there may be in cost between your previous and new orders.
Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as we have received the returned item and, if satisfied, we will issue the refund back to your original payment method.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, which is normally 3-5 working days. However, please allow up to 14 days as it can sometimes take a little longer than expected to appear within your bank or credit card account.
